Q. How do I order postal CDs from Live and Pure?
A. It couldn’t be easier. Go to our Home page and double click on Buy CDs and then on your chosen CD release. You will be asked for your name, postal address, email address, and payment details. Once your order has been processed an order confirmation email will be sent with an order number. If for any reason you do not receive an order confirmation email please contact us at info@liveandpure.com with your order details and we will confirm your order has been received.

Q. How do I order a Download from Live and Pure?
A. A. On our home page double click on Buy Download and then on your chosen Download release. You will be asked for your name, postal address, email address, and payment details. Once your order has been processed an order confirmation email will be sent with an order number and access to the download. If you do not receive an order confirmation email please contact us at info@liveandpure.com with your order details and we will confirm if your order has been received.

Q. A. How do I buy instant live CDs for collection at the venue on the night?
A. The instant CDs are available for purchase within minutes of the concert finishing either at the official merchandise stand in the venue or at a well signposted Live & Pure collection point in the venue.

Q. How much does postage cost on CD postal purchases?
A. Postage and Packing for a Double CD on a UK delivery CD is £1.99. In Europe this £2.49 and for Rest of World it is £2.99.

Q. When will my postal order be despatched?
A. All orders are despatched first class via Royal Mail within 7 working days. Pre-orders are despatched in 7 working days of the actual concert recording. For overseas deliveries please allow 14 working days for delivery.

Q. I have not yet received my order, what should I do?
A. If you have not received your order within 14 working days or, if you ordered before the concert, 14 working days from the concert date, please email us at info@liveandpure.com and we will track your order with Royal Mail.

Q. My CD is damaged and/or faulty, what should I do?
A. If there is a problem with your CD or packaging please email us at info@liveandpure.com and explain what the problem is. We will do our best to rectify your problem asap, if not sooner!
